Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out or you need a different size, color, or style! That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges on all eligible unwashed, unworn, tags-attached purchases made on our website. 

 

• Returns made within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, less shipping fees if applicable. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return and associated refund to be processed once it is received and reviewed.

 

• Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

 

• Exchanges made for products of a lesser price will be credited back to the customer via store digital gift card.

 

• Exchanges exceeding the price paid for the item(s) being returned will be invoiced to the customer before processing. This outstanding balance must be paid in order for the exchange to be processed and shipped to the customer.

 

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated via our Returns page , otherwise, they may be subject to a $4.95 restocking/reshelving fee.

 

• Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

 

• All orders shipped outside the US, as well as all Gowns, customized products, and Face Masks are a final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
